My programming blends resistance (weighted or bodyweight movements) and respiratory training for a well rounded, healthy, sustainable approach to lifelong fitness.
I don’t want to mislead you with the name. I’m not promising a “lightning” fast approach to losing weight.
My goal is to be the coach who helps you start to enjoy movement; who makes you think twice about movement quality over quantity; who makes you think about WHY we exercise; who makes you less interested in the immediate gratification of aesthetics and more interested in doing, feeling, and moving better every day.
I love group classes. I love gyms. But if this year has taught me anything, it's that we need to be flexible in our approach to maintaining wellness. Now more than ever, I want to give you the tools and knowledge to hold yourself accountable to your fitness goals even if you can't get to a gym or a group class. Let me be your accountability partner.
